Therapeutic Massage is different for everyone! I will incorporate multiple modalities in order to deliver the best results for you. Could include but not limited to Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, stretching techniques, Muscle Mechanics, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Orthopedic Massage; etc.

Your Lymphatic System contains fluids & toxins that your body needs to get rid of! It canât drain on its own, so it needs to be activated manually by hand with a very light touch/stretch. Your body inside & out will feel better immediately, followed by reduction of any swelling in the extremities.
This is for 1 or 2 areas that you want FULL attention on! Recommended if youâre experiencing tight muscles, tension, pain or âstickinessâ in specific areas.
This is done fully clothed! Tank top & basket ball shorts are recommended, or any loose/stretchy clothes that you can move/stretch around in! Weâll do deep stretching in all areas to increase range of motion, flexibility, posture & get you moving way easier!
This can be great if you have cramps! Combined with heat therapy is Chefâs Kiss. If you have any bloating this massage will decrease that & it will also help if youâve been struggling with constipation â it will get things moving along. I use Castor Oil for belly.
The mini facial includes hot towels to relax your face & open up pores before using a gentle Willow Bark Extract cleanser, Rose Water toner & Jojoba oil! After that, youâll get to experience some facial cupping/Guasha, then SPF moisturizer at the end! A favorite. 30-45 minutes.
Foot Reflexology is similar to acupuncture & can help relieve stress, pain, anxiety & bring comfort & relaxation. There are specific points in your foot that, when pressure is applied to appropriately, can have positive effects to your body. It can be used as an alternative to full body massage.

TMJ pain relief techniques are incorporated with intraoral work to help with pain from previous injury, stiff jaw, grinding teeth, clenching teeth, stress, etc.
đđŚśđ˝ Fall into some yummy relaxation starting off with hot towels wrapped around both feet, then a Brown Sugar foot scrub to exfoliate & soften them, followed by a detailed foot massage with Pumpkin Spice & Vanilla Chai cream đ
This add on is the cherry on top of your massage! Alternating from a Warming Massage lotion (Sacred Earth Botanicals infused with Organic Cinnamon & Organic Menthol Crystals) to a cooling gel (biofreeze) it provides deep tissue relief and can decrease inflammation and increase circulation.

Gliding Cupping promotes mobilization of the fascia, relief from deep pain in muscles & improves blood flow!
𪾠Wood Therapy is a great add on to your massage bringing great circulation, promoting better lymphatic drainage and deeper pressure. At the same time it can help break up stubborn fat, reduce cellulite and can even aid in helping body shaping if desired!
đ§ Marble Stones are naturally cold, they absorb heat from the tissue making it a wonderful add on, especially during the hotter months. Theyâre used on the face, neck & shoulders. They help reduce any puffiness or inflammation, redness, muscle soreness & headaches!
đ´ Nothing is better than staying on the table after a massage for a little nap! Cozy up with 1 or all of the following: a weighted blanket, heated table pad, a pillow, a heated massage eye mask, sleep sounds or a guided meditation & optional aromatherapy!
