Deep Tissue adds more focused pressure & deeper strokes which helps to increase your flexibility & range of motion, while decreasing hypertonic muscles & chronic pain! It’s best to focus on your breathing during Deep Tissue, talking during won’t allow me to sink in as deeply & you won’t receive the maximum benefits that we want 🙌🏽
