Indulge in this all inclusive, complete mind-body reset. You’ll start by receiving a 120 min Ashiatsu/Deep Tissue/Therapeutic massage +cupping +muscle scraping +happy buddha hemp +a scalp massage. Followed by that you’ll receive a full body 60 min Lymphatic Drainage massage with facial lymphatic cupping, as well as an abdominal massage accompanied by castor oil & a hot stone to help with digestion & inflammation. Ear acupuncture is optional! Then you’ll be invited to spend 10 minutes on a Vibration Therapy Plate coupled with Red Light Therapy. Finally you’ll melt away any left over tension or worries for 30 minutes in an Infrared Sauna! Includes water and/or tea & light snacks 🙌🏽 — 3:40min total.
